# Security for your Moodle administrator account is your responsibility and passwords should be kept secure at all times # The Customer is responsible for all use of the Customer's account(s) and confidentiality of password(s), including choosing safe passwords and ensuring file protections are set correctly - this includes permissions of capabilities within moodle roles. If a hosting account password or passwords are compromised, it is the responsibility of the Customer to reset moodle passwords. ftp account passwords will be reset by pteppic.net support staff following an official request from the Customer via the helpdesk system or vis email. # No Illegal, Anti-Social or Offensive material may be stored or published on your moodle hosting space. # Prohibited content includes, but is not limited to: Adult, Abusive, Illegal, Terrorist and Anti "Any" Culture. This includes all media, materials and forms that the above may take. # We reserve the right to remove any material that we believe may be breaking UK law, or causing distress to users of the services we provide. # This prohibition includes the hosting of web pages and/or scripts designed to capture users' password information, financial details or any other personal data that is then used illegally. # If email is provided as part of the hosting service, it must be borne in mind that no computer network can ever be considered completely safe from intrusion. E-Mail may pass through many computer systems, and should not be considered a secure means of communication unless encrypted -- and even encrypted information is only as secure as the encryption method utilized. Any encryption used is the responsibility of the Customer. # pteppic.net is not responsible for availability of domain names, although we will inform you if a domain registered by us on your behalf is due to expire. We do not guarantee that any requested domain name may be available for new registration. # Transfer of already-registered domain names is not the responsibility of pteppic.net, nor any downtime in the process. # We shall not be held liable for any loss or damage caused by the use or misuse, unavailability or removal of services. # On closure of any accounts, data will be deleted. We will make every effort to warn you before this happens, but once an account is closed, the client must assume that data associated with that account no longer exists. # Our web hosting, IMAP4, pop3 and smtp feeds must not be used for sending bulk, unsolicited emails. # You must not install or store any software that enables or assists any Internet user to send mass mail, change mail headers, allow anonymous messages to be sent to another user or other activity considered unacceptable. # If it is reported to ourselves or to spamhaus that you have used our service or that of a third party to send such emails, your account may be terminated, without notice. # Web hosting space and/or computer and network facilities provided by pteppic.net must not be used for running an IRC server / BotNet controller, or any other software that might be used to control other computer systems without their owners' knowledge and consent. # Any attempt to access pteppic.net servers or areas of computer systems and networks that are not provided as part of a client's services contract with pteppic.net will result in the closure of that customer's account, without refund. | Welcome to pteppic.net
