With more than 24 years of experience in commercial IT, we can also advise on other network and IT solutions including enterprise content and digital object management systems, and the integration of moodle with MIS and other software.

We specialise in using Open Source software wherever possible to provide solutions that often cannot be matched by proprietary products for reliability, security and cost.

Our partnership with other members of The Moodle Service Network, and our long tenure over many years in commercial and educational IT systems mean we have a large repository of knowledge and experience to draw on

Our People

Sean Keogh

Sean is the founder of the business, and has experience in Information Technology (both commercial and educational) going back to early 1984. He first started working with Moodle shortly after version 1 was released in the Autumn of 2002, and started pteppic.net in September 2004 after an invitation from Martin Dougiamas (founder of Moodle) to become the first UK Moodle Partner.

He covers all aspects of the business, including hosting, support, consultancy and Moodle Administrator training.

Liz Polding

Liz is our head of training, and is currently engaged in re-writing the admin training materials to cope with the recent changes and additions to Moodle.

Paul Taylor

Paul is an ex-ICT teacher, with several years of experience in supporting Moodle in an educational context. Paul is also conversant with many aspects of modern open-source software, which he has experience of supporting in a school environment. He heads up our day-to-day support operation.
