Our Policy on Equal Opportunities and Racial Equality

We have a very simple policy on both of these issues. It is:

We firmly believe that a person's Gender, Age, Colour, Racial, Cultural or Religious background, Country of origin, Disability, Marital Status, Affectational or Sexual orientation should not, and in our case WILL NOT have any bearing on whether or not we wish to employ the services of any individual or do business with any potential client .

The only criteria that we have for any potential employee or contractor is "Can they do the job, to the standards that we expect, and can they work efficiently with our other staff and our clients?". If we are considering employing the services of any person, either on a contract basis or as a permanent employee, we expect them to be able to demonstrate to us that they are competent enough to be able to carry out the tasks that we set, and that they can integrate well with our other staff, and work sucessfully with our clients. We do not accept that any other criteria is valid, and will not accept any discriminatory attitudes or actions from any staff member or contractor working for us.

We also expect that our clients will respect this policy, and we will terminate any contract we have with any client that does not accept this same criteria when dealing with our staff.
